WEIGHTLIFTING

In this class, you will specifically train and practice the Snatch and Clean and Jerk. To help improve these lifts, you will also squat, deadlift, shoulder press, and perform varied core movements. 

We currently run this class in 8 week cycles. Email us if interested in a cycle or in personalized programming.
