DSM Fitness
DSM Performance members will perform constantly varied functional movement at high intensity. The goal is to increase work capacity over broad times and modal domains. In short, get measurably more fit!
Members will practice and train major lifts such as the deadlift, squat, presses, clean, jerk and snatch.
Members will practice and train basic gymnastics such as pull-ups, dips, rope climbs, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits and holds.
Members will bike, run, swim, row and jump.
Daily we will mix these elements in as many combinations and patters as variance will allow.
Routine is the enemy.
